Items are received and organized at our own warehouse before being prepared for international shipment.

03 / Inspection
Pre-shipment checks
Our team checks item details, quantities and visible condition. If we find a discrepancy, we follow it up before packing.
04 / Dispatch
Packing & delivery
Your items are packed and shipped through LTPacket, our own international logistics service, for international delivery. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Order preparation and warehouse handling take additional time before the transport period begins.
