Who we are

Ltsdmall is operated by Shenzhen Leiting Sudi Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (opens in a new tab), based in China. For questions about your personal information, contact us at [email protected].

Information we use

When you use the site, we may process your account name and email, delivery address and phone number, items and notes in your orders, payment status and transaction references, and messages you send us. The site also uses essential browser storage for sign-in and cart functions. We do not receive your PayPal password or full payment card details from PayPal.

Facebook Login

If you sign in to Ltsdmall using Facebook, we receive your profile picture and email address. We use your profile picture for account display and your email address for your Ltsdmall account and to send order and shipping notification emails. To request deletion of data associated with Facebook Login, follow the Facebook Login Data Deletion instructions below.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide your account, process payments and orders, prepare and deliver purchases, show order tracking, answer support requests, protect the service, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Where required by law, we rely on the appropriate basis for each use, including fulfilling our agreement with you and meeting legal obligations.

Who receives it

Information needed to complete an order may be shared with payment providers such as PayPal, our LTPacket delivery operation, shipment tracking providers such as 17TRACK, and providers that host or support the website. We limit what we share to what is needed for those services. Because we serve buyers internationally, information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Registration security

We use Cloudflare Turnstile before sending email sign-in codes, including when you add an email during Facebook sign-in, to help prevent automated abuse. Your browser connects to Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser signals for this security check. Our server verifies the resulting token before sending a code. We verify your email address before creating or connecting an account through this email-code flow. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) for more information.

Browser storage

We use cookies or local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We also cache account details, including your email, in local storage for use across visits and browser tabs. This account cache is cleared when you sign out or we clear an invalid session. These support your account and shopping functions, and the email matching described below when Meta Pixel is enabled.

Advertising measurement

When server-side Meta Conversions API measurement is enabled, we also share the first eligible footer contact attempt for each browser visitor and confirmed purchases, including purchases completed through chat. Purchase events include the amount received in USD, including delivery charges. Where available, we share hashed customer email addresses, internationally formatted phone numbers and website identifiers for matching, along with browser and click cookie identifiers. If your Ltsdmall account is linked to Facebook, we may also share your app-scoped Facebook Login ID with Meta in its original form for matching. Website events also include the event page URL without query parameters or fragments, IP address and browser information. We retain the event context so delayed reporting does not use a later sign-in session. Missing customer details are omitted; our own contact details are not used as customer identifiers.

When you arrive through a promotional link with a source tag, we record that arrival, its tagged source, campaign and ad identifiers, the landing page address including its domain, a masked page path and supported promotional parameters, a browser visitor identifier, an available visit identifier, the time, and technical information such as your IP address and browser information. When the link contains a Meta click identifier, we use it to create or update the _fbc click cookie, with a requested lifetime of up to 90 days; your browser may limit or block this storage. We record available Meta cookie identifiers immediately and may later save another arrival record containing the _fbp browser identifier after Meta Pixel initializes, while keeping the original record unchanged. We keep pending arrival records in browser storage for up to 24 hours to retry failed requests. If you are already signed in and we can verify your sign-in credentials, the arrival record includes your Ltsdmall account identifier. When you sign in, we may also link your browser visitor identifier to your account, including identifiers from different browsers you use. We use these records to connect promotional visits with contact and purchase activity. An arrival record does not confirm a purchase or payment.

We use session storage to avoid recording a refresh as a new promotional arrival, and local storage to retry sending unsent arrival records for up to 24 hours. Retry records can include a hash used to check that the sign-in session has not changed; they do not contain your sign-in token. Clearing browser storage can prevent these records from being sent. This retry period does not set the retention period for information already received by our server.

When Meta Pixel is enabled, we share page views, product views, successful add-to-cart actions, checkout starts, and attempts to contact us through the website footer with Meta to measure advertising effectiveness. Shopping events include product identifiers, quantities and values. A checkout start means the checkout form was displayed with eligible items; it does not confirm an order or payment. We use session storage to avoid counting refreshes of the same checkout as new starts. Contact attempts include opening a contact link or successfully copying our contact details; they do not confirm that a message was sent.

Meta receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information and page URLs, and may use browser and click identifiers stored in cookies, including _fbp and _fbc. We also send a hashed website visitor identifier. When you are signed in and we can obtain your current account email, contact events include a hashed version of that email for matching. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous. See Meta’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) for more information.

Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve order issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or to raise another privacy question. Some order records may need to be retained where the law requires it. Rights and available remedies depend on the laws that apply to you.

Facebook Login Data Deletion

If you signed in to Ltsdmall using Facebook, you can request deletion of your personal data associated with Facebook Login.

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Facebook Login Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the email address associated with your Ltsdmall account.
  3. We will verify your request and delete applicable personal data, including your stored profile picture, email address and Facebook-linked account information, except where retention is required by applicable law.
  4. We will notify you by email when your request has been processed.

You can also remove Ltsdmall Login from your Facebook account under Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing the app does not automatically delete data previously stored by Ltsdmall.
