Wholesale orders

Ltsdmall is a wholesale site for business buyers, operated by Shenzhen Leiting Sudi Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (opens in a new tab). Please check your selected products, quantities, delivery address, and order total before placing an order.

Prices and payment

The checkout shows the product subtotal, an estimated shipping charge, and the total payable in US dollars. Shipping is based on supplier weight and dimensions and is confirmed after packing; see Shipping & Delivery. An order is saved before you complete PayPal payment or arrange payment with our team using an available contact method. Placing an order alone does not mean it has been paid. An unpaid order may be canceled through your account when that option is available, and unpaid orders may also be canceled automatically as shown on the order page.

Shipping estimates

Shipping shown at checkout is an estimate based on supplier weight and dimensions. Before dispatch we verify the packed weight. Differences of USD 3 or less in either direction are not adjusted. If the verified shipping is more than USD 3 above the estimate, we will contact you before shipping to confirm any additional amount; you may cancel for a full refund instead. If it is more than USD 3 below the estimate, you may request a refund of the difference by contacting us within 30 days of dispatch. We will review the verified packed weight and, where the difference is confirmed, refund it to your original payment method. No additional amount will be charged without your confirmation.

Preparation and delivery

After payment, we prepare the goods, receive and check them at our warehouse, and arrange delivery through LTPacket, our own international logistics service. Preparation time comes before the estimated transport period. Please read our Shipping & Delivery page for details, including DDP duties and taxes.

Changes, returns, and refunds

If you need to change or cancel a paid order, contact us promptly with your order number. We will review what is possible at that stage. For return and refund requests, see our Returns & Refunds page. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
