How shipping is calculated
Shipping is estimated from the weight and dimensions provided by our suppliers. Before dispatch, we verify the packed weight of your order.
For Brazil PRC orders, the shipping and taxes confirmed at checkout are fixed; packing and tax settlement differences are handled by us. The following adjustment policy applies to other orders.
Differences of USD 3 or less in either direction are not adjusted. If the verified shipping is more than USD 3 above the estimate, we will contact you before shipping to confirm any additional amount. If it is more than USD 3 below the estimate, you may contact us to request a refund of the difference. We will review the verified packed weight and respond to your request. You may cancel for a full refund instead of paying an additional amount. Final shipping is confirmed before dispatch, and no additional amount is charged without your confirmation.

How free shipping works
- Only the product subtotal counts toward the free shipping amount. Shipping charges do not count.
- If your destination has a free shipping offer, eligible orders at or above that product subtotal ship FREE ($0.00). Shipping charges apply only below that amount.
- Your destination and order weight must still be supported. Free shipping does not make an unavailable destination eligible.
Rates and offers may change. Checkout checks the current rules for your delivery address; an order already placed keeps its saved shipping charge.
How your order ships
After payment, we prepare your order. The goods are received and checked at our warehouse before we arrange delivery through LTPacket, our own international logistics service. Payment, warehouse receipt, and dispatch are separate steps; payment does not mean that an order has shipped.

Transport estimate
LTPacket international transport is estimated at 7–10 days after dispatch.
Transport time starts after dispatch, rather than payment. Preparation and warehouse handling take additional time, and the actual delivery date can vary by destination and shipment conditions. Check the delivery information at checkout. We will provide tracking information when it is available.
Duties and taxes
Shipping and import duty are shown separately at checkout before you place your order. Import duty is charged once per order for your destination, including orders with free shipping. LTPacket delivery uses DDP: applicable import duties and taxes are included in the checkout total, so they are handled as part of the quoted order rather than collected separately from you on delivery.
